SATIN FINISH has a unique polymer system that creates an extremely durable coating extending life of the finish that will require less stripping and recoating. SATIN FINISH can be used on most types of resilient flooring such as linoleum, marmoleum, vinyl sheet and vinyl composite tile. SATIN FINISH provides a matte gloss making it ideal for Healthcare or Extended living facilities requiring a durable non wet look finish.

Directions for Use

Preparation: Remove old finish with a quality stripper like #1 REMOVER as per label directions. When floor is clean and dry, SATIN FINISH can be applied in thin even coats allowing 20-30 minutes between coats. SATIN FINISH can be used without a sealer. However, on a porous floor, it is beneficial to apply 2 coats of a premium sealer like Maxim’s HOLDOUT.

Application: On non- porous or sealed floors apply 2-3 thin coats of SATIN FINISH allowing 20-30 minutes drying time. Applying more coats will start to build the shine.

Maintenance: Dust mop with treated mop daily. Damp mop with a neutral detergent, like NEUTRAMAX for best results. To recoat traffic lanes when required, scrub with MULTIMAX using a red or blue pad and apply 1-2 fresh coats where required.
