AGITATE CONTAINER BEFORE USE.
General Odour Control:
To eliminate odours caused by spoiled foods, decomposed animals, vomit, incontinence, animal wastes, garbage cans, waste receptacles, locker rooms and carpeted areas:
Spray product directly on malodor and allow bacterial action in AQUABAC to ingest the material. Keep moist for at least 30 minutes.
Drain Lines & Drainpipes:
Dose 2-4 times weekly. Pour 120 ml (4 oz.) of product for every 5 cm (2 in.) of pipe size directly into drain. Begin at the lowest floor and go up one floor each day. When top floor is treated continue to dose from top floor only.
Grease Traps:
For traps less than 568 L (150 gal) capacity, add 120-150 ml (4-6 oz.) of product daily, by pouring or pumping in a pipeline closest to the trap. This should be done at night or when the traps are used the least. After adding, flush down with a cup of lukewarm water.
For grease traps larger than 568 L, add 240-300 ml (8-10 oz.) daily using the same procedure.
Digesting Organic Waste and Carpet Deodorizing:
Manual: Vacuum carpet thoroughly after spot cleaning stain. Mix 60-120 ml (2-3 oz.) product per litre of water (1:16-1:11). Apply with a pump or hand sprayer.
Keep moist for at least 30 minutes. Repeat if odour persists.
Carpet Cleaning Equipment: Dilute 60 ml (2 oz.) AQUABAC to every litre of mixed cleaner (1:16).
Municipal Waste Processing Plants and Sewage Systems:
Use 3 gallons per million gallons of flow per day (3 ppm) for 3 to 6 days, then use 1 gallon per million for regular maintenance (1 ppm).
Food Processing and Industrial Manufacturing Plants: Treat ponds, lagoons and retention areas with above dosage rates.
Septic Tanks: Add 475 ml per 710 litre capacity (1:1500) for the initial treatment. Thereafter, use 240 ml (1:3000) per week. Pour directly into toilet and flush. If septic tank is clogged and odorous, add 3.78 litres (1 gal) of product directly to the tank through manhole.
Porta-ToiIets: Add 3.78 litres (I gal) directly and cover the solids with water to aid digestion. Each time toilet is pumped, start treatment again with 3.78 litres of AQUABAC.
Recreational Vehicles & Boats: Add 16 ml per litre of water (1:64) in hold tank. Thereafter, use 8 ml per litre (1:128) as needed. For use at a dumping station, use 1 litre per 50 litre of tank capacity (1:50). Then use 475 ml per week for maintenance (1:100).
NOTE: This product is not intended for use as a space spray.
FOR USE IN FOOD PLANTS: All food should be removed or covered prior to use and food contact surfaces are to be thoroughly rinsed with potable water so there will be no contamination of food as a result of its use.
