Dishwashing:
MAX PRO DETERGENT is dispensed directly from shipping container into the machine by the automatic dispensing system at preset concentrations. Best results are achieved with the water temperature between 140°F-150°F (60°C-65°C).
Glasswashing:
MAX PRO DETERGENT is dispensed directly from shipping container into the machine by the automatic dispensing system at preset concentrations. Glassware must be rinsed and sanitized after washing with an approved rinse/sanitizing agent such as Sanidine.
Automatic Hood/ Filter Systems:
Automatically dispensed, usually by timer in preset concentrations to keep systems grease-free and prevent blockage problems.
FOR USE IN FOOD PLANTS: All food should be removed or covered prior to use and food contact surfaces are to be thoroughly rinsed with potable water so there will be no contamination of food as a result of its use.
