Satin Finish: Promax

Covers up to 3000 square feet per gallon minimum depending on application method and porosity of floor. 

AGITATE CONTAINER BEFORE USE. 

General Application: 

1. Completely strip all old wax or floor finish with a floor finish remover like FINISH REMOVER or #1 REMOVER.
2. Remove the stripping solution and follow with one or two clear-water rinses. Allow floor to dry.
3. For extra durability, two coats of FLOOR SEALER or HOLDOUT can be applied but is not required.
4. Apply SATIN FINISH in a uniform, thin coat. Let dry thoroughly for 20 to 30 minutes depending upon the surrounding air flow, temperature and humidity. Do not apply additional coats until surface is dry to the touch. Apply additional coats following the same techniques. Applying three to five coats is optimum.

General Maintenance: 

1. Dust mop or sweep floor as necessary with a clean dust mop.
2. Damp mop using a neutral pH floor cleaner such as NEUTRAL CLEAN or NEUTRAPOWER.
3. High traffic areas can be quickly repaired between finish applications by scrubbing area with a solution of multi-purpose cleaner such as ALL CLEAN as per label direction and recoating with SATIN FINISH as needed. 
4. Heavily soiled areas can be machine scrubbed using HD FLOOR CLEAN or ALL DEGREASE & CLEAN at the recommended dilutions and the appropriate floor scrubbing pad.

NOTE: To maintain matte finish, do not buff or burnish.
