GREASE CUTTER is a specially formulated, non-caustic kitchen canopy and surface cleaner. It’s combination of surfactants, sequestering agents and emulsifiers will provide excellent cleaning and degreasing.
GREASE CUTTER is safe on all soft metals and plastic.

General Cleaning:
Dilute 1:20 – 1:80 with water depending on soil conditions. Apply with sprayer or cloth. Gently agitate for heavy build up and wipe clean. Rinse well after use.

FOR USE IN FOOD PLANTS: All food should be removed or covered prior to use and food contact surfaces are to be thoroughly rinsed with potable water so there will be no contamination of food as a result of its use.
