Production Specifications

ARMOR-ACE uses a modern copolymer system and offers excellent leveling characteristics to improve high speed burnishing response resulting in a deep gloss with excellent slip resistance properties. The durable finish coat helps resist scuffing, scratches, black marking and abrasion. ARMOR-ACE will not build up or discolor. One gallon generally covers up to 6,000 square feet when mopped on. It can also be used as a spray buffing solution. ARMOR-ACE reduces labor time spent stripping, resealing and refinishing hard floor surfaces.

Directions for Use

General Application
As a Mop-on Top Coat:
1. Dust mop and damp mop floor to thoroughly clean floor surface that has good base coats of acrylic polymer finish.
2. Begin with a clean mop that has not been wetted to avoid diluting ARMOR-ACE.
3. Apply a moderately light coat of ARMOR-ACE and allow to dry to touch.
4. High speed burnish using a clean hog bristle or ultra-high speed, or red buffing pad.
5. The floor usually can be dry burnished between coats of ARMOR-ACE.

As a Spray Buff:
1. Thoroughly dust mop and damp mop the floor.
2. Dilute the Floor ARMOR-ACE with equal parts water and spray mist onto the floor.

NOTE: Diluting this product with water containing iron or hardness above 150 ppm may cause discoloration on floor.

TIP: Use an appropriate high speed buffing pad for maximum results.
