Grill E Great: Promax

To get maximum results from GRILL-E-GREAT’s unique formulation, pre-heat the cooking surface to 180oF (82oC), then shut off heat before applying the product. Wear long rubber gloves and eye protection when using this product. 

Commercial Ovens:  
Using a brush or coarse spray, apply cleaner directly to the walls, racks, burners and glass. Let GRILL-E-GREAT work for 5-15 minutes. Stubborn areas may require light agitation using a soft nylon scrubbing pad. Wipe clean with a wet cloth or sponge, rinsing frequently. 

Grills: 
Apply liberally using a cloth, brush or coarse spray. Let GRILL-E-GREAT work for 5-10 minutes. Wipe clean using a clean damp cloth. Rinse well with potable water. Wipe dry. Apply thin coat of shortening to prevent surface from rusting. 

TIP: If surfaces are too hot and product dries, add water. 

FOR USE IN FOOD PLANTS: All food should be removed or covered prior to use and food contact surfaces are to be thoroughly rinsed with potable water so there will be no contamination of food as a result of its use.
